Members of the Culinary Ministry have been educated, trained, tested and received certification in the proper and safe handling of food by ServSafe. The purpose of the ministry is to insure that anyone using Shiloh's kitchen follows through on every item on the Event Form check list in order for Shiloh to maintain the City of Plainfield Department of Health Food Safety Code Standards.
Culinary members make sure that food is properly managed and served, and provide directions (not the work) for the set-up, serving and clean-up of Shiloh hosted food events.
