The Building Upkeep committee has responsibility for the routine maintenance the church, parsonage, annex and all Shiloh properties. That includes, but is not limited to heating and plumbing systems, the building exteriors, landscaping and the overall care of the entire interiors of those properties. When capital improvements such as remodeling or renovations are planned they are called upon to provide their expert assessment and opinion as to how to move forward, as well as, oversee the projects when necessary.
Additionally, the committee is very familiar with all of the church ministries and their planned activities. They supervise the staff hired to insure that recommended safe cleanliness measures are a priority throughout the facilities. They also provide support to every ministry when specific needs (arranging for tables and chairs to be set up for example) are requested for planned events.
