Our Mission and Purpose

To model the love and compassion of Jesus Christ by providing a nutritious hot, well balanced meal to those in need regardless of race, color, creed, religion, age, sex or sexual orientation. We base our mission not on a hand out but a loving and caring hand up for each person we serve.

Ministry Meeting Schedule

A hot meal is served in the Shiloh Church Annex every Wednesday and Thursday 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

The Lord’s Kitchen is a joint partnership between the Shiloh Economic Entrepreneurial Lifelong Development Corporation (SHEELD) an independent faith based nonprofit and the Shiloh Baptist Church. The Deacons Ministry and the Culinary Arts Ministry are the ministries interfacing with SHEELD in operating the Lord’s Kitchen. For official government purposes the Lord’s Kitchen is known as the Shiloh Development Corporation 02.
