Our Mission and Purpose

To provide food, help and hope. We feel that no man, woman, boy or girl in the community should have to suffer from food insecurities as we go through tough economic times.

The Food Pantry distributes perishable and non-perishable food items to those in need in accordance with the guidelines of the Community Food Bank of New Jersey.

Ministry Meeting Schedule

Food is distributed: Every 3rd and 4th Saturday of the month 9:00am until noon Every 4th Wednesday 4:00pm – 6:00pm.

The Food Pantry is a joint partnership between the Shiloh Economic Entrepreneurial Lifelong Development Corporation (SHEELD) an independent faith based nonprofit and the Shiloh Baptist Church. The Deaconess Ministry is the ministry interfacing with SHEELD in operating the Food Pantry. For official government purposes the Food Pantry is known as the Shiloh Development Corporation 01.
